Session Details: Women’s Burnout Recovery Group
Location: Online (Zoom)
Eligibility: Women and femmes (25–55) living in California
Session Length: 75 minutes
Schedule: Thursdays at 12:00 PM PST
Commitment: 4-session minimum suggested
Group Size: 6–8 participants per cohort
Cost: Sliding scale – $35 / $45 / $75 per session
Camera-off participation, movement breaks, and chat-only engagement are always welcome. This space is built for flexibility, softness, and pacing
