  • This group is for you if you are a woman, femme, or nonbinary adult (ages 21–45) in California who is living with ADHD — whether you’ve been diagnosed or you’re still exploring. I welcome both those who have an official diagnosis and those who have long felt “different” and are ready to explore what ADHD means for them. It doesn’t matter if you’re new to therapy or very experienced; you’re welcome here.

  • In our sessions, I bring tools that honor your nervous system and your unique rhythm — not productivity culture or rigid expectations. You’ll learn strategies for emotional regulation (so you don’t feel overwhelmed), executive functioning supports (so you can move through tasks with more ease), and self-compassion practices (so you stop being your own harshest critic). All of this happens within a community that understands — you’ll receive guidance, but also peer support

  • Yes, that’s more than okay — it’s actually very common. I design the group with first-time members and experienced members alike in mind. You’ll be welcomed into a compassionate, structured but soulful space. My aim is for you to feel comfortable stepping in as you are, and if you wish, grow at your own pace. You’re not expected to be “fixed” — just open to exploring and connecting.
